Do you have a minimum spend?
To compete with wholesale, access and MOQs with our supplies, we have a minimum spend on our services as follows: floristry $3500, styling $16,500 and hire $250 (not including delivery)
Can I pick my own florist for my styled wedding?
Absolutely. As part of your package, however, we will usually determine the best florist for you. This is based on understanding the scope of your wedding - your style and budget. Our highly experienced network of vendors are recommended to maintain the quality and aesthetic of a Cene styled and planned event.
Can you guarantee floral colours and types?
Due to the evolving nature of the floral industry, we can not guarantee any floral types or exact colours. We can however work towards a colour palette and ensure that any substitutes fall within this. The floral industry worldwide has taken a major hit due to the pandemic, and unfortunately floral sourcing has become a lot harder and pricier for everyone involved. The best part of our job is being creative and bringing you spectacular events at a very high standard. You can comfortably leave your trust in our hands and we promise to deliver beautiful arrangements for your wedding.
Do you style weddings outside of Victoria?
We currently provide our planning and styling service in Victoria, interstate and worldwide. Events outside of Victoria will incur additional travel fees.
Do you ship your stationery or hire items internationally?
Yes, we certainly do. Our stationery is printed locally and securely packaged before being shipped internationally. We use DHL or Australia Post to ship all of our sensitive freight parcels which can be tracked every step of the way. Our shipping fees are inclusive of customs and insurance for peace of mind. Other shipping options are available at lower price points which can be discussed at the time of your booking. Hire items that are less than 15kg in weight can be shipped interstate. We do not provide international hire.
Is Cene Studio eco-sustainable?
While we are not yet a 100% sustainability run business, we do everything in our power to reduce our environmental imprint. This includes printing on stocks that are made from recycled or renewable materials, ensuring our print methods use the least amount of energy possible, providing acrylic stationery design as reusable hire items only, generally eliminating single-use plastics and eliminating floral foam from our installations.
What happens if I cancel my event?
In the case of a cancelled event, there are terms and conditions which apply, based on the reason for your cancellation. More information about event cancellations can be found via our Terms and Conditions located here.
